We believe that food tells a story. When we cook, it represents our culture and our influences from our surroundings, the people we meet and know. It tells the story about us.

 

In 2011, we have been on this incredible journey and had the opportunity to own and operate multiple successful food venues, such as Thailicious, Bamboo Lounge, Banh Appetit, Ugly Duckling & The Lunch Room Cafeteria and The Darwin Catering Company.

In 2015 we started our catering and food stall operation through our existing venue Bamboo Lounge and have catered many weddings, corporate events as well as food stalls at the Darwin Festival, Thai Grand Festival, Nepalese New Year Festival and India on Mindil at Mindil Beach Markets.
